Abstract

This aticle discusses the implementation and results of extension initiatives in the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at IFSULDEMINAS - Poços de Caldas Campus, focusing on two projects: an online Entrepreneurship course and the podcast titled Pod'IFalar. The objective is to present the experience of implementing the course and the process of structuring and launching the podcast as innovative strategies within the extension program Empreender Mais com ADM (Enhancing Entrepreneurship through Business Administration). The research employed a descriptive and qualitative approach, collecting data through observations and analysis of student participation indicators. The online Entrepreneurship course, although well-structured, presented significant engagement challenges, with a 45.4% completion rate. On the other hand, the Pod'IFalar podcast showed important progress, including the development of its visual identity, scheduling, creation of social media accounts, recording of the first episode, and the establishment of regional engagement goals. The initial results highlight the importance of adjusting teaching methodologies to ensure greater student commitment and emphasize the role of university extension as a tool for academic and social development and transformation.
