Abstract

This article aims to report the experience of the extension students involved in the Entrepreneur More with ADM program, developed within the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at IFSULDEMINAS – Poços de Caldas Campus. Specifically, it seeks to present the areas of activity of the projects linked to the program, describe the activities carried out by the students, and analyze the impacts generated both for the extension participants and the community served. The study addresses the implementation and outcomes of extension actions, which included workshops, courses, and consulting services aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and responding to community needs. A descriptive and qualitative approach is adopted, with methodological procedures that include a case study, document analysis, and evaluation of student participation reports. The results indicate that the interaction between students and the community fostered practical and meaningful learning, contributing to the development of entrepreneurial abilities and the provision of solutions aligned with local demands. The study concludes that curricularized extension is an effective tool in the academic and professional training of students.
