Abstract

This article aim to reflections on the importance of teacher's continuing education of EJA (Educatication of Youngs and Adults), in order to ensure quality teaching for students. Through continued training, teachers guarantee qualifications in their professional career and improve their teaching practice, developing new pedagogical practices, awakening students' interest in classes, enabling students to remain at school. The teacher who works in this modality (EJA) has a great responsibility, which is understanding the student's life experiences to plan their pedagogical activities. In initial undergraduate courses, EJA is still little studied, hence the need for continued education in this area. The pedagogical manager is a great ally in the formation of your pedagogical team.
